Notary

The actions a notary is authorized to perform are unique to their role. It’s important to emphasize that lawyers who are not notaries are not authorized to provide the same services or perform the actions that a notary is authorized to do.

We provide all notary services established by the Notaries Law. These include:

* Notarized authentication of signatures on documents
* Certification that a signature is authorized
* Certification of the accuracy of document translations
* Notarized certification and receipt of affidavits
* Certification that a particular person is alive
* Certification of the accuracy of an inventory list
* Witnessing of negotiable instruments
* Preparation of documents or other actions requiring a notary according to law, foreign law, or other documents
* Use of public notary powers under other laws
* Authentication of prenuptial agreements between couples

To perform any of these actions, you are invited to our office to receive authorized notarial certification from Attorney Zari Hazan.
